The Matrix Systems

A customizing, performing, ready to the future system.

The Matrix Systems allows to organize the dispatching of queues and the management of waiting times. Information management is done automatically, giving the user the possibility to confirm his reservation, assigning him a progressive number and so issuing a print.

Matrix System Characteristics

The multiple users systems with dispatching and management of waiting times, consist of a kiosk ticketing machines, with CPU and thermal printer provided with cutter. They have a RS485 serial port to allow the connection with remote terminals arranged in the offices.
Through a RS232 serial port you can connect to a PC, to make the automatic diagnosis of system and to collect the statistical data.
Each terminal consists of a public-exposed display and of a keypad control, used by the operator to increase the number of served people.
The basic model of device consists in a multiline LCD display. We can supply, on request, touch screens to be processed, if necessary, in the multimedia version.
Both the kiosk and the remote terminals are designed for connecting to the voice modules for blind people. It is also provided for the installation of an intercom, for the operator assistance request.

Kiosk with LCD

In the version with LCD display, the kiosk only works as a terminal and as queue management system controller. In fact, instruction will appear on the display to guide the user in using the system. The display also provides information on the number of awaiting people and the average waiting time for each office.

Kiosk with touch screen

The kiosk with touch screen acts as terminal for queue management and provides all relevant information to guide users to the offered services (business hours, documents, office information).
User who enters the reservations menu is asked to select the wanted office, is informed about the number of people awaiting and the average waiting time for that office and he can decide to reserve his turn or not.
