Roll-out & IMAC activities

Roll-Out service consists in planned and massive installation and/or replacement of PDL and server on the nation-wide.

Macro activities are:

• Verification of the existing network and server
• Plan of installation drafting
• Definition and creation of a master kit software
• Pilot installation
• Products transportation in defined sites
• Final systems installation and configuration
• Stock control
• Final test
• Reporting

Concerning the IMAC Activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) they represent the complementary part of roll-out where they need specific and not high levels activities.
